Role: Lighthouse Technician Location: North Sea coast, rotating 3-week shifts Reports to: Regional Maritime Operations Lead What you'll do Maintain and test the optic, lamp array, and backup generator Log weather, visibility, and vessel traffic daily Perform minor repairs on structure, wiring, and radio equipment Coordinate with coast guard during storms and outages What you bring Electrical or mechanical trade qualification Comfort with heights, isolation, and irregular hours Basic radio operator certification (or willingness to obtain) Clean record, physically fit, non-negotiable reliability We offer Full board during shifts, 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off Equipment and safety training provided Very quiet office
